Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility
  • This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States, Canada, Europe, and the United Kingdom, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
  • Employees of Warleague Corp, their immediate family members, and any affiliates are not eligible to enter or win.
  • Entries outside of the eligible regions will be void.
2. How to Enter
  • To enter, follow the instructions outlined in the giveaway post on Instagram or Facebook.
  • Limit one entry per person, per platform (Instagram and Facebook). Additional entries will be disqualified.
  • No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Purchasing from our store does not increase your chances of winning.
3. Entry Period
  • The giveaway starts on September 4th, 2024 at 2pm and ends on September 24th, 2024 at 2pm, based on CEST.
  • All entries must be received by the end of the entry period. Late entries will not be accepted.
4. Winner Selection
  • The winner(s) will be selected at random from all eligible entries on September 24th, 2024.
  • The winner will be notified via direct message on the platform they entered (Instagram or Facebook) within 7 days of the selection.
  • The winner has 7 days from the notification date to respond and claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within this time, a new winner may be chosen.
5. Prize
  • The prize(s) will be as described in the giveaway post.
  • The prize is non-transferable and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
  • Warleague Corp reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
6. Shipping
  • The prize will be shipped to the winner at no cost, provided the winner’s address is within the USA, Canada, Europe, or the UK.
  • Warleague Corp is not responsible for any delays in shipping or for lost or damaged prizes.
7. Publicity
  • By entering this giveaway, participants agree to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes in any media without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
8. Privacy
  • Any personal information provided in connection with the giveaway will only be used for the administration of the giveaway and in accordance with our privacy policy.
9. Disqualification
  • Warleague Corp reserves the right to disqualify any entry if we suspect any fraudulent activity, rule violations, or inappropriate content.
10. Disclaimer
  • This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook.
  • Warleague Corp is not responsible for technical issues, lost entries, or any other circumstances that may affect the ability to enter or win the giveaway.
11. General Conditions
  • By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the decisions of Warleague Corp, which are final and binding in all respects.
  • Warleague Corp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway if it becomes necessary due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
12. Governing Law
  • The giveaway is governed by the laws of the USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the USA.
