At Warleague Shop, every product is custom-made, unique, and produced specifically for each customer. Because our items are personalized and shipped internationally, all sales are final.

No Refunds or Returns

Due to the custom and one-of-a-kind nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and production has begun.

Refunds are not available for:

Change of mind
Incorrect size, design, or product selection by the customer
Delays caused by international shipping, customs, or local postal services
Customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by the destination country
Failure to collect or accept a delivered package
Minor variations in color, design placement, or finish due to the handmade/custom production process

Custom and International Orders

By placing an order with Warleague Shop, you acknowledge that your product is made specifically for you and may not be resold or restocked. You also acknowledge that international shipping times may vary and that customs processing may cause delays beyond our control.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping or incorrect due to an error on our part, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We will review the case and, where appropriate, may offer a replacement or another suitable resolution at our discretion.

Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Where refunds, replacements, or other remedies are required by law, Warleague Shop will comply with those obligations.
